All of the Who is Elijah fragrances are hand-filled & packaged in their south Sydney warehouse. They are created thoughtfully and in small batches, avoiding mass-production and waste. They source their bottles from Spain to achieve the highest quality mitigating brokedn bottles in transit therefore minimising waste.
