EMMA MAIN 

Co-founder Emma Main is well known for her effortlessly cool style.  Her love of classic well-cut garments shows through every season in the curated ranges she handpicks alongside Kate for Maman.  Emma loves nothing more than getting time on the shop floor to style the Maman Women, it is still one of the most favourite parts of her day to day running’s of the business. 

Favourite Maman Brands – Phillippe Model, IRO and Swildens.

Wardrobe Staples – A well cut blazer, crisp white shirt and a killer pair of denim jeans.

Current Maman Wish List – Absolutely the vintage Louis Vuitton Weekender from New Vintage and the new unisex fragrance from Who is Elijah?  We are about to move to a new house so a piece of Duncan Innes photography is a must!

Style Inspiration – Caroline de Maigret author of 'How to be a Parisian', I love her quintessential French style, and the incredible Anine Bing who always looks on point.

Style Advice for our Maman Women – To always feel like you, don’t be over complicated or ever try too hard.

 

  

 
KATE BOYDEN

As a busy mum of two young kids and co-founder of Maman, Kate Boyden, loves being able to bring her sense of easy dressing mixed with a bit of ‘rock-chic’ to the office.  No two days are the same for Kate, as she juggles all facets of the growing Maman business, but her biggest reward remains being on the floor and knowing she has made someone feel fantastic.

Favourite Maman Brands – Zadig & Voltaire, Ulla Johnson, Anine Bing and Transit.

Wardrobe Staples – I can’t go past a pair of well-cut jeans.  I love to pair them back with a pair of embellished sneakers that take you from day to night and a great statement jacket.

Current Maman Wish List – Zadig & Voltaire blazer, Ulla Johnson dresses and anything from Anine Bing’s new season drop.

Style Inspiration –  Emanuelle Alt, Kate Bosworth and Alexa Chung.

Style Advice for our Maman Women – Trust your own intuition, if you feel good, you look good.

 


MARI TAYLOR

Long-term Maman Women will know and love this warm friendly face.  Mari has been with Maman for over two years and knows the shop floor like the back of her hand.  With a love for sophisticated fashion, her keen eye is always looking for the next effortlessly chic item to add to both hers and her loyal customers wardrobes.  Known for her love of dresses with sneakers, Mari stays true to her belief that you should always represent yourself through what you wear.

Favourite Maman Brands – Ulla Johnson, Ba&sh and RIXO.

Wardrobe Staples – Black blazer, crisp white tee and blue jeans.

Current Maman Wish List – A LOT!!!! New classic Phillippe Model sneakers and I’ve got my eye on a new season Ulla Johnson blouse..

Style Inspiration – Margaret Zhang – a photographer, blogger and stylist.

Style Advice for our Maman Women – To always feel yourself in what you are wearing.  Create your own identity.  Finding external inspiration is great and figuring out what styles and brands you like help to assist your personal style, but at the end of the day wearing what makes you feel good is the most important thing.

 

 

 

AISLYN STEVENS

Whilst she may be a new Maman Stylist face, Aislyn has been working behind the scenes on the launch of the e-Commerce website with co-founders Emma and Kate.  When she is not on the shop floor, Aislyn is finishing up her Photography Degree and can be found helping to create content for the Maman Instagram.

Favourite Maman Brands – Ulla Johnson and Xírena.

Wardrobe Staples – Can’t go past a white shirt.

Current Maman Wish List – One of the New Vintage Louis Vuitton bags.

Style Inspiration – I have too many but Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Lydia Elise Millen are my current faves.

SIAN JONES

Sian is not only one of our treasured stylists but has also been behind the graphic design of some of Maman's memorable campaigns.  Having just completed her Degree in Illustration and Design, Sian moves to casual time with us now but brings an elevated game to our weekend styling in-store.  Sian has the ability to glam up any outfit whilst still maintaining an effortless classic style.

Favourite Maman Brands – RIXO, Zadig & Voltaire and Ulla Johnson.

Wardrobe Staples – A white blouse and a good pair of pants.  Statement earrings are also a staple of mine as well as a tailored blazer.

Current Maman Wish List – Anything from Zadig & Voltaire.

Style Inspiration – My Mum.

Style Advice for our Maman Women – Invest in beautiful, timeless pieces that will last you years to come.

  

 

 

JORDAN TIMOTI

A new face to Maman, Jordan believes her number one role is to make ‘Women feel fabulous in every ensemble’.    After living overseas for the last couple of years, Jordan has returned to New Zealand with a passion for discovering new and exciting International brands.

Favourite Maman Brands – Paige because denim doesn’t date!

Wardrobe Staples – Denim of course, white shirt and boots.

Current Maman Wish List – Classic loafers and some new denim - you can never have too many pairs of jeans!

Style Inspiration – Victoria Beckham and Alexa Chung.

Style Advice for our Maman Women – If you’re not 100% with your outfit, take an item off…… and Dress to Impress! 

 

 


GABY BROWNE

Gaby has been part of the Maman family for over two years and recently moved into a casual role as she begins her Masters in Health Psychology.  Gaby has worked across many roles within the Maman business over her time from merchandising and styling to social media management.  Her effortless, fun, edgy style is loved by our Maman Women alongside her impeccable customer service and designer knowledge. 

Favourite Maman Brands – Ulla Johnson and Lucy Folk for sure.  I love denim, so Paige and AG are up there for me too.

Wardrobe Staples – Jeans absolutely, white shirt be it either a button up or a tee with a really cool jacket…. Bomber jackets – I am known for my bombers.

Current Maman Wish List – Some new sneakers.  I have worn my Phillippe Model’s almost everyday so I need to update my white sneakers and Lucy Folk.  Always Lucy Folk.

Style Inspiration – I love our founder Emma’s style.  We have a very similar aesthetic and I take inspiration from a lot of her outifts.  Also pinterest – love pinterest for inspiration.

Style Advice for our Maman Women – If you put on something and you immediately love it you know that it is a good buy regardless of the price.
