With an established and loyal clientele, this position plays a key role in nurturing customer relationships. Through your love of international brands, styling, and personalised service, you will build meaningful connections that encourage long-term loyalty and repeat visits. Customer relationship management is at the heart of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised styling experience that inspires confidence and drives sales
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  
• Proactively reconnect with existing customers and invite them back in-store
  
• Maintain impeccable store presentation, from the shop floor to the fitting rooms
  
• Develop strong product knowledge to confidently offer expert advice and close sales
  

About You

• A fashion-loving individual with 2+ years’ experience in a retail sales environment
  
• Confident, approachable, and genuinely passionate about luxury fashion
  
• Motivated by sales and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  
• Naturally builds rapport and takes pride in remembering client preferences
  
• Possesses a strong eye for style and exceptional attention to detail
